By accessing SwimFlow, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with all applicable South African laws. You may not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or using our services. SwimFlow is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by users.
An active subscription is required for Admin and Parent portal access. Coach access is included at no additional cost with an Admin plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
Accounts may be suspended or restricted in the event of non-payment. SwimFlow reserves the right to restrict access until outstanding balances are settled.
SwimFlow is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of the platform, inaccurate data entered by users, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
SwimFlow reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
